General Transportation

  • Carrier will charge the following rates for one way general transportation. Pricing begins once ride actually starts unless other options or charges have been discussed and documented.
  • $2.15 per mile once transportation begins
  • Minimum charge: $35.00 up to and including the first five (5) miles
  • Waiting time: $40.00 per hour at the direction of the passenger. This includes stops en route.

  • Charlottesville/Albemarle Airport (CHO) (15 mile radius from point of pickup, additional per mile $2.15/mile for anything over 15 miles from pickup location)
  • 6:00 AM-10:00 PM (CHO) $55.00 for passengers 1-4, $95.00 for passengers 5-7. $150 for 2 Vehicle pickup
  • 4:00 AM-6:00 AM and 10:00 PM-11:30 PM (CHO) $75.00 for passengers 1-4, $125.00 for passengers 5-7, $225 for 2 vehicle pickup
  • 11:30 PM-4:00 AM (CHO) $125.00 for passengers 1-4, $175.00 for passengers 5-7, $275 for 2 vehicle pickup
  • -Richmond International Airport (RIC) (90 mile radius from point of pickup, additional per mile $2.15/mile for anything over 90 miles from pickup location)
  • 6:00 AM-10:00 PM (RIC) $165.00 for passengers 1-4, $190.00 for passengers 5-7, $330 for 2 vehicle pickup.
  • 4:00 AM-6:00 AM and 10:00 PM-11:30 PM (RIC) $190.00 for passengers 1-4, $225.00 for passengers 5-7, $385 for 2 vehicle pickup
  • 11:30 PM-4:00 AM (RIC) $275.00 for passenger’s 1-4, $350.00 for passengers 5-7, $500 for 2 vehicle pickup

  • 4:00 AM-6:00 AM and 10:00 PM-11:30 PM (IAD) $275.00 for passengers 1-4, $325.00 for passengers 5-7, $625.00 for 2 vehicle pickup
  • 11:30 PM-4:00 AM (IAD) $350.00 for passengers 1-4, $425.00 for passengers 5-7, $700.00 for 2 vehicle pickup
  • **Rush Traffic Surcharge for Dulles/Reagan Airport during weekday hours (Monday-Friday) Morning 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and Afternoon 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM add $20.00
  • -Reagan Airport (DCA) Northern Va. (100 mile radius from point of pickup, additional per mile $2.15/mile for anything over 100 miles from pickup location)
  • 6:00 AM-10:00 PM (DCA) $265.00 for passengers 1-4, $350.00 for passengers 5-7, $560.00 for 2 vehicles
  • 4:00 AM-6:00 AM and 10:00 PM-11:30 PM (DCA) $325.00 for passengers 1-4, $375.00 for passengers 5-7, $650.00 for 2 vehicle pickup
  • 11:30 PM-4:00 AM (DCA) $375.00 for passengers 1-4, $465.00 for passengers 5-7, $750.00 for 2 vehicle pickup

Wine & Brewery Tours & Wedding and Special Events Hourly Pricing

  • 1-4 passengers: $75.00 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours or $375.00 and $75.00 per hour thereafter for Wine, Brewery, Wedding or Special Event full day shuttle
  • 5-7 passengers: $85.00 per hour with 5 hour minimum ($425.00) and $85.00 per hour thereafter for Wine, Brewery, Wedding or Special Event full day shuttle
  • 8-14 passengers: $170.00 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours or $750.00 and $170.00 per hour thereafter for Wine, Brewery, Wedding or Special Event full day shuttle
  • To/From Venue Pricing: $50.00 minimum for up to 15 miles from venue plus $2.10 per mile thereafter for 1-4 passengers
  • $75.00 minimum for up to 15 miles from venue plus $2.10 per mile thereafter for 5-7 passengers
  • $170.00 minimum for 2 van passengers 8-14 from venue plus $2.10 per mile thereafter
  • Deposit of $100.00 may be required at reservation for special pricing events.
  • Cancellation refund......... Full refunds will be issued with Fourteen (14) day notice prior to reserved trip.
  • Reservation required for special pricing events.
  • ** Customized trips available but must be prearranged thru reservation.

Surcharge & Other Pricing

  • Pickup location over 20 miles Reliable Rides office to stop A only equals 95 cents per mile.
  • Tolls, fees and special charges during transit will be added to rate and invoice with passenger knowledge prior to ride.
  • All Service Dogs welcome, Pet transport with passenger available with prior notification.
  • Passengers will be charged $20.00 wait time for every 30 minutes the passenger fails to get in vehicle after notified driver has arrived.
  • Passengers will be charged $50.00 for rides cancelled after driver is enroute, and has communicated arrival estimate time.
  • $185.00 Cleaning charge if passenger(s) soils vehicle and vehicle cannot be used by Reliable Rides until cleaned.
  • Any passenger(s) who damages any Reliable Rides vehicle parts or equipment will be responsible for all costs related to repairing or replacing the damage.
  • Any pre arranged transportation for round trip or contract pricing will be recorded on a written document that both carrier and passenger agree, sign, and date. Each party will get a copy.
  • For Medicaid passengers the rates and charges will be the reimbursement amounts in effect when the transportation is provided.
  • Payment and Collection of Charges - All Charges and payments will be collected at the time the transportation is provided. Payment must be in the form of Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Personal check with verified phone number on check. Returned checks will incur a $95.00 return check fee. A 10% surcharge of the total amount due will be assessed for delinquent payments in excess of 30 days from the invoice date. For 60 days or older, from the date of the invoice delinquent payment from invoice the carrier will use all legal means to recover payment for services rendered. For credit card and Venmo transactions 5% fee will be added.
